Oddly enough I didn't post this in the XP forum boards - this forum was
auto-direct via the Vista help pages. According to the forum structure I can
see in front of me its Microsoft Discussion Groups/English/Windows/Windows
Update.
The Windows Update board is for all versions of Windows, not just XP.
