Well dang! Maybe a little less perfect then thought. The solution should work
if I had a working disc drive to use the Vista media, but I don't. The other
solution is to use system restore for an earlier date and then reinstall the
update but the system restore says there is no backup to do so so I'm still
stuck. All I have is the command prompt to work with, really and haven't
found any solutions so far
