Windows Vista WLM 8.5 Installation

I have run the installer both as an Administrator, and normally.

The box comes up saying 'Please wait while we prepare your computer for the
installation', or something like that anyway (The screen after clicking
Accept).

Sometimes it says 'Windows Live Wave 2 Suite' (I think) and then closes.
Other times it will just close.

Greetings,

Try this -- click Start, type "%programfiles%\Windows Live" and hit Enter. Then right-click
the Installer folder and choose Delete.

Next, click Start again, type "%programdata%", hit Enter and delete the Windows Live
Installer and WLInstaller folders.

Now try again.

Thanks for that, I *think* I got a bit further this time, the box is still
disappearing, but the error log is COMPLETELY Different.

Nevermind Jonathan, I simply went up a directory (../) from the logs folder
after I ran the install, and into the Products folder, and find a nice
Installer Package in there!

That did the trick!
