Windows Vista workstations Password Expiry Reminders

Hi,

We are not receiving the Windows Password Expiry warning on our Vista
Machine's. About 5 workstations that i know about that has got the issue.

We are running Exchange 2003.

Any Ideas

It looks like if you Hibernated your notebook it does not give you a
notification. Is there a way to enable it to warn you a bit more often?
