Windows Vista x64 Cumulative Update for Media Centre (KB932818)

Cumulative update for Media Centre for Windows Vista x64 based systems
(KB932818) fails to install from either Windows Update or by manually
downloading and running the patch.
I get a message:
Some updates were not installed
Failed: 1 update
Error(s) found:
Code 80073712
