Windows Waving Start Flag.

I came accrosed a video that shows some version of windows in action. If you
notice, the windows start flag is animated. It is not like this in windows
vista ultimate, which I have on my laptop now. I was woundering if there is
anyway I can get my hands on something like this. Perhaps a download that
changes the start menu into an animated flag as you see here. Maybe this
video is old, and they did away with that idea, or its something new that may
be an update to windows in the future. I am realy not sure. But if anyone
knows where I can get something like this, (maybe microsoft has something on
thier website about this) Download, preview, etc, Please let me know. Thank

That was just a prototype proof of concept to show some of the capabilities
available to developers with the new Windows Presentation Foundation known
as Avalon at the time. It was shown during the Public Developers Conference
2003 when Vista was in early development and was known at the time as
Longhorn. I am not sure where you can get this, a group of persons were
trying to resurrect the old Longhorn Alpha codebase and code a similar Start
panel with the animated Windows flag, but the development was haulted by a
Microsoft cease and desist order.
