Windows won't load after I installed SP2

I have an AMD64 athlon, but every time I update to sp2, my pc restarts at the
windows loading screen... i can enter windows using safe mode with no problem.

In the "Data Execution Prevention prevents complete booting or shutting down"
section, it says i have to modify my boot.ini , they say i have to change
"/NoExecute=OptIn" to "/NoExecute=AlwaysOff". The problem is i don't even
have that line in my boot.ini .

Oh and do you guys know how to fix boot choice menu? cause I have 2 systems
installed... but when i updated one of them to SP2, i had to reinstall that
system because as you know sp2 wasn't working... and now, the boot choice
menu is gone... my computers loads the last system that i installed
automaticaly...
