Although your issue does not pertain to Windows Updates, which is the
name of this newsgroup, try this ...
Open Internet Options in the Control Panel.
Click the Advanced tab.
Scroll down to the Security heading towards the bottom.
Put a check next to " Allow active content from CD's to run on My Computer "
Click Apply, OK.
If that doesn't resolve the issue suggest you post to a newsgroup that
deals with the installed OS.
