Windows Word 2002?

I have received an Automatic Update alert through Windows Updates for Windows
Word 2002.
I am running Windows XP and have a newer edition.
At time for download, it requests I use the CD or DVD to complete the
installation. I don't have it, nor would I want to install it if I did.
This "Update" continues to pop up. What can I do to get past this "Update?"

Thanks!

"Windows Word 2002" never heard of it. If you mean Microsoft Word XP (2002)
then I'd let it update.

Perhap you did not read the email well enough, Mr. Murray.
As stated below, "it requests I use the CD or DVD to complete the
installation. I don't have it, nor would I want to install it if I did."
Below, you will find the actual message I get when I attempt to download the
update. ~~~ Like I said before ... I do not have the disc. I have attempt the
Full File download (shown at the bottom of the message), and it continues to
request the (install) CD/DVD. Which I can not, even if I wanted to, "let it
update."

This reply did NOT help my problem.

But, Thanks anyway.
