Windows xp on 2 comps?

Im currently building a new computer, and I was wondering can I use to the
Same windows xp that I have on this computer and run them both at same time?
Or do I have to buy a hole new windows xp

MS' rule is only one XP per machine so they expect you to buy another.

You need an individual license (Product Key) for each
new installation of Windows XP installed.
