Windows XP 3 Service Pack update- security problem

I installed the update for XP 3 and am now having issues with my security.
Everytime I turn on my computer and when it's been on for awhile, I get a
message that says my computer is not fully protected. It's always about
System Guard not being enabled. Is anyone else having this problem or know
how to fix it? It's so annoying!

"System Guard" has nothing to do with Windows XP (directly) or Microsoft...
It's something you installed or allowed to be installed or allowed to stay
installed...
