Windows XP froze

My computer froze on the Windows XP start up page, not really froze, it just
won't go past that page but the blue dots continue to run across the page
like it's thinking. Now I can only run my computer in Safe Mode. Anyone
know how to fix this?

Are you able to get to Safe mode? Post back with answer please
