On the Website, select your history of updates - now click on failed
update (red mark) and see if there is an error code.
If there is an error code, write it down and post back or in the
alternative, do a search for the error code.

By any chance, did you manually download and install 920214, Debbie?

Does Windows Update or Automatic Updates continue to offer you 920214?

Hi Debbie, have a look at the history on the website - after the failed
update is there another entry which is "green" successful for the same update?

Unfortunately the red failed marked updates do not remove once you have
successfully installed the update. It just places another entry after the
failed one.
In the alternative, if you have manually installed the update, it won't show
up in the history as successful/failed.

Do you have Automatic Updates enabled and is it working properly? If so,
ignore anything AOL has to say about it, please, and rely on Automatic
Updates instead.
