Windows XP Pro 64 Bit Retail Version

Just installed a new,clean version of XP Professional 64 bit. And now when I
go to do updates I get this message:

Error number: 0x80096010

The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.
For self-help options:

Can someone tell me what's wrong? I have activated the OS too.
