Well, it work for a one time windows update. Then after that everytime I go
to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com i still get the same error and i have
to restart the cryptographic service, and the "Start" status was
automatically reseting to blank status.
I was trying to install publisher 2003 from Office 2003 cd, it keeps telling
me that i have an incomplete service pack installation, and when i had the
chance to download it it did not install. windows just gave me a message
Service Pack 2 not installed. I am so frustrated! i cannot install publisher
2003. help!!!
