Windows XP Profrsional

System crashes after a few minutes, Have removed a few programs thinking that
they were conflicting. I have defragged, run adware and spybot but it still
crashes any thoughts?

Did You update an Nvidia driver and do you use a virus scanner? Shut down the
Virus scanner and reinstall the driver. Should work.
