Windows Xp Serial Number location?

I have 3 machines that run Xp and 3 copies of xp to go with them ! I want to
rebuild 2 of the machines due to new hardware installed (motherboard, cpu &
mem) before i do this I want to find the right software copy to go with the
right machines. where can i find the serial number in xp?

all help greatly appreciated
