Hey okay i'm going to assume some registry values are messed up then because
i have tried installing with all 3rd party apps disabled (including
anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware, etc).
So i go to download the Subinacl.exe file from method 3 part 1, and i
donwload it fine but when i try to install it i get an error saying "The
Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are
running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly
installed. Contact you support personnel for assistance."
I am not using safe mode, as to the best of my knowledge the Windows
Installer Service works just fine. Any sugestions? Thanks
