Windows XP Service Pack 3 (KB936929), errorcode: 0x8007F004

I have desktop computers (Windows XP Pro SP 2)
running on my home network.
My main computer, however, has constant issues
with Windows Update. I tried downloading the updates through MS
Downloads, but it says I don't have permission, and to contact my
administrator. I am the administrator. I turned everything off (firewall,
etc.) and it still doesn't work. At this time, I can't download
KB936929 . This seems to be a
reoccuring problem that I have on a fairly consistent basis with
Windows Update and I can't seem to find a permanent solution.

Would you please post at least the *last* 50 or so lines of the
WindowsUpdate.log from the problematic system ?
