Windows XP SP 2 - Error number: 0x8007041D

I have been trying to load XP SP2 for about a week, I repeatedly get the
error listed above with. When I researched this error on the Technet their
was no information, does anybody have any insight to this error, and can you
point me to the location where I may read more on my specific error above.
