Windows XP-SP2 - All Windows Updates are Failing

I re-installed Win XP, Professional to repair an existing Install. I have
TrendMicro AntiVirus and Firewall installed. After the XP Installtion,
Windows Update reported 87 Express Updates. They all download just fine, but
then they all fail. Here are the last entries in the WindowsUpdate log.
These are immediately after the series of successful download entries. Thanks
for any help.

After posting my message, I kept looking for solution. The following link in
a post by PABear was exactly what the doctor ordered.
