Windows XP SP2 Failed 80246005 - FIX!!

I read thru here and found a couple of refs to trojans (nope not me) and then
a ref to a botched fix with a non-corresponding release date (nope not me
again1). But I did check on the fixes were installed via Automatic Update
and low and below I had a mess of SP2 Hotfixes!

I removed all SP2 Hotfixes (MPITA- major pain in the keyster) and BINGO!
The Windows XP SP2 downloads now!
