Windows XP SP2 Setup Error

I am trying to download WXP SP2 and keep getting the following error message:
Unable to read from or write to the database. I went to Microsoft Help and
Support and pulled a resolution for this and followed all the steps. Then I
tried to download WXP SP2 again and it still gave me the same error message.
Any help will be most appreciated.

The quickest and most thorough way to solve this problem is a batch file,
written by fellow MVP Torgeir Bakken from Norway. Reboot the computer and,
before running any other program, run the batch file. It will tell you when it is finished.
