Windows XP Sp2 Suggestion

For those of you who are weary of install Sp2 still, here is what I suggest
and I have done this on 10 different PC's and not had any problems.
1. Save your data. Also download latest software updates from your
applications vendor websites (eg Cannon, HP, etc)
2. Reinstall XP from scratch
3. Download/install Sp2
4. run windows update.
5. Reload apps and all will be ok.

I did the same as you, and all is good now with SP2.

I did that and all was well except for AOL. wHEN I tried to reinstall it it
went 3/4 way ok then when it went to get files and start downlloading as the
clolck spun it just stoped and went off and when i tried to open aol it says
files missing.
