Windows Xp Sp2 Update Fails when it tries to install the updates

I Have Windows Xp Sp2
and the problem is that when i try to install updates (After selecting them)
the process fails.
and when I opened the windows update log at the same minute that the install
starts the result was this

the error above happened when i tried to install Update No: KB890047

When accessing the Windows Update site, you receive the 0x80072EFD error.

Translation: Cannot connect to the Internet server
