Windows XP SP2---Why have I not got it yet!

It has been 5 days and I still have not recieved notification to download SP2
via automatic updates. What in the world is going on?

I have recieved notification that sp2 was ready for download and install,
however, when clicking to download sp2 nothing happened, now when going to
update page it tells me to install sp2 ...so where did it go? ms hasent even
responded to my online assitance.

Download the full version, burn it to CD, Install from CD. Or Install after
the download.
