Windows XP SP3 downloading

When I try update to SP3 via Microsoft Update, after preparing it failes to
download. If I try run isolated installer, it says that I have another
language (I have Windows XP MCE 2005 SP2 Russian, isolated installer is also
Russian). Switching off firewall and antivirus (Norton) does not solve
problem. There is not solutions in other threads.
