Windows XP SP3 Error Code: 0x8007F004

When I tried to install XP SP3 today, it pops out a window that I am not an
administrator, then the installation stopped. But actually I am the only
administrator. Anyone can solve this problem?

I am trying to update from XP SP2 to XP SP3 using Windows Update. It has
failed 3 times so far with the 0x8007F004 error. I have checked the knowledge
base for known issues and a) my laptop is plugged in b) I don't seem to be
running the "shared computer toolkit" thing and c) don't seem to be running
the RDP 6.0 thing. Can't see anything else to try. Help would be most welcome.

0x8007F004 = STATUS_INSUFFICIENT_PRIVS
Error message when you try to install a hotfix or an update on a Windows XP computer: "You
do not have permission to update Windows XP"
