Windows XP SP3 Installation Failure 0x80200010

Since May 14 I have tried 4x to install Windows XP SP3 from Microsoft Updates
and get an insallation failure 0x80200010??? What could be the problem?

0x80200010

-2145386480 BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED There are currently no active network
connections. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) will try again
when an adapter is connected.


Make sure these services are not disabled (Start, Run, type: Services.msc)


Background Intelligent Transfer Service(BITS)

Cryptographic Services

Remote Procedure Call (RPC)

System Restore Service


Check the device manager just to make sure nothing is wrong there.

I've had the same problem. My computer tended to freeze up both times I tried
to down load, and failed on the two other programs. I've never had this
problem before.
