Windows XP SP3 Update

I downloaded the SP3 update from MS it is 361 meg is this the full
install or does it need internet access to complete? I do not have access to
the net on the other computer so I wanted to see if it needs it to finish.

The update file on the CD is about 324 MB. But, this value does not
include a few items on the CD which are needed to start the install.
What you have it the complete install file. There have been some patches
issued since I got the CD. And you will need to download them eventually.
It took this computer about 10 minutes to install SP3 (to a fully patched
version of SP2). It took about 20 minutes to do the post install cleanup.

Ok, can I run this with only SP1 installed or do I need to be up to the sp2
first?
