Note that the consumer must purchase Vista Business or Ultimate and allow
Dell to exercise their downgrade right to XP Professional. Those wanting the
multimedia functionalities have only the more expensive Ultimate to select,
they cannot use this program with Home Basic or Premium.

asking for ways to get rid of vista and get XP back on their computers
suffer.. we Franks love people suffering, that's why we continue saying the
