Windows XP update failed

I am having trouble downloadling critical updates also. I am using Windows
XP SP2. I used your suggestions, Ben B. [US], and still nothing downloaded.
I just get a list of "download failed" for all 13 patches. I viewed the
WindowsUpdate.log and it said the updates failed because of 80200010.

Where do I find what these codes mean?

I started having problems in Feb. but just logged into this dicussion group.
I read with interest that some are even having problems booting their
computers after downloading these security patches. Maybe I don't even want
to try!

Can you please email me your full WindowsUpdate.log file?

Thanks for your reply. I don't see any place for attachments, so do I just
copy and paste here? The file is 800+kb in size.
