Hello Franky,
There are a couple of KB articles that show the same issue that you're
describing. Go to the links below and read through these articles. If they
sound familiar you may want to try the steps listed. Are you using Windows
Update version 4 or version 5? You can tell if you look at the Address bar
in Internet Explorer. One starts with
Http://v4 and the other with
Http://v5. If you're using Version 4 then you might want to go to
https://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com and update to the latest version.
