I am trying to run a Windows XP service pack 2 update. I downloaded the
update from the net.

When the setup is running the 'Updating Your System' and is Backing up files
a Copy Error occurs.

Setup cannot copy the file msdxm.ocx.

Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and insert
'Windows Zp System Files" in the drive you specify.

The file path that is shown (c:\windows\servicepackfiles\i386) is correct
(i.e. the file msdxm.ocx is in this folder.)

How do I resolve this problem? Thanks
