Windows XP update WOW32.DLL CRC error

Hi,
this's the forthies times that I try to update my windows xp.
Every times I got an error like:

wow32.dll crc error

And while I use the pc I receive the following error:

System Allert:

Stop! Immediate Attention Required

Windows has found Critical System Errors.

Download registry cleaner from: www.clean32.com

failure to act now may lead to data loss and corruption!

why?

At a guess, me thinks you have an infection of spyware/malware etc

thank you for your support.

Just another question, how can I have a malware if I did formatted my
personal computer
before the installation? :-\

You have a variation of the Smithfraud malware\Syware virus.

Read and follow the instruction for it's removal.
