When I enter my OS CD for miscrosoft windows xp home sp2 and i want to
check system compatibility so i go to the option to check my system
automatically
but then i keep getting this problem below. The solution in the support told
me to
copy whole I386 directory from my CD into my hard disk but it still does not
work.
Please help.

*********************************
The option to upgrade will not be available at this time because
Setup was unable to load the file D:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL.

The system cannot find the file specified.
