windows xp wont load

hi all i turned my comp off last night turned it on this morning and windows
wont load it will only load in safe mode which means i cant connect to the
internet when i ran the aol broadband assistant it says isp stack is corrupt
any one no how i can resolve this issue many thanks ps did a system restore
but its still the same

So what happends when you try to load windows in normal (not safe) mode.
What do you see?

it will only load in safe mode all other options are not accesable when i
click normal mode it just goes back to the same screen
