Windows2000 Service pack Downloads

I have tried downloading Service Pack #2 several times, I keep getting the
same Error - "The SP2EXPRESS(1).EXE file is linked to missing export
NTDLL.DLL:strstr". I am not sure how to get around this.

Skip Service Pack 2 and go directly to Service Pack 4.
Since Service Packs are cumulative, there is no need to install earlier
Service packs.
Use Network installation, do not use Express Installation.

Then get Update Rollup 1:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000...ns/rollup.mspx

Finally go to Windows Update and get the rest of the Critical Updates
