Windows2k Update 819696

I repaired my Win2k installation yesterday (Win2k CD, "R" option) and did a
Windows Update afterwards. Update downloaded 40+ updates but I have noticed
that KB819696 keeps reinstalling. The History shows several installations of
his update.

Also, I notice that Rollup for SP4 appears in the Add/Remove Programs list
but shows as cancelled in the Update History. How can I manually reinstall
this? I don't want to delete it because it will apparently affect various
installed programs.
