Updates work just fine..except for the KB922770. However..I cannot install
or uninstall any programs that use MSI...either Microsoft or Third Party.
Have registered msiexec.exe, re-installed Windows
installer-KBB893803-v2-x86.exe. Checked file versions in C:\windows\system32
and C:\windows\system32\dllcache. Verified path for msiexec.exe in the
registry etc. etc. Still doesn not work. Cant install windows installer
clean up tool, cant uninstall .net as the error comes up each time "The
Windows Installer Service could not be Accessed...if running in safe mode or
installer incorrectly installed" I've tried everything....help help

In services start the windows installer service - its not starting, for some
reason (its been bugging me for a while)
