WindowsUpdate Error on Server 2003 R2

I have recently upgraded our Domain Controller from windows Server 2003
SP1 to Server 2003 R2. This box is also our WSUS server. After the
upgrade WindowsUpdate does not work. WSUS seems to be working but when
I go to the WindowsUpdate website - update.microsoft.com - I get
failures when trying to scan for any available updates. The error code
returned is 0x80244019 and when I try to report this to Microsoft I get
a page cannot be displayed error. Nothing at all interesting in the
Windows Update.log file. Any help would be excellent. Thank You.
