Windowsupdate keeps downloading XP KB835732 update over and over again.

Hello,

As said above, I canot make Windows XP Professional to
acknowledge that this patch has been installed. I tried
removing/re-installing KB835732, removing Registry keys
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\Win dows
XP\SP2\KB835732), installing KB835732 from WindowsXP-
KB835732-x86-ENU binary; no joy.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
