In order to resolve the issue with Windows Update, open the Windows
Update.log found in the Winnt directory. Scroll down towards the
bottom for the most recent entries and look for an error code
associated with the last failed attempt to access WU. Then go here :
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
and look under " Problem reaching Windows Update " for the specific
error code you located. Try the suggested resolutions. Or, post back
with the error code.
