As one of "the lucky ones" (and I use that term loosely) who has just
recently been affected, I find this astonishing. The irony is that the worse
the system becomes, support becomes non-existent....unless you care to spend
hours trying to understand someone with a very foreign accent trying to tell
you that you need to "Miss Joy I undertstand and from what you are telling me
please you need to (a)reformat your hard drive, or(B) reformat your hard
drive or (C)((let's say it all together)) reformat your hard drive. Pull-eeze
Mr Bates, you can do better for your millions of customers than this!!!!
