WindowsUpdate via Local Server

Good morning!

I have several client PC's with assorted OS (win95/98/me/xp pro/xp
home/2000) and not all client PC are connected to internet but I want to
regularly update the critical WindowsUpdates from microsoft site. Can I
possibly download the WindowsUpdate to my Local Server and update the client
PC's via Local Server.

Right, but is it possible to have a centralized update W/OUT the actual
server, i.e. just a regular XP machine instead?
