WindowsUpdate_8000FFFF

Hi can anyone HELP ME plz, I turned off my laptop at 6pm and it started to
install updates i then fell asleep till 9pm and the update was still trying
to install i phoned pc world they told me to swicth it off from the power
button and when windows had booted back up i went in the windows update area
and tryed to install mirco live messager and silver line and both failed. so
i tried to check for updates and now this error code 8000FFFF keeps coming up
its driving me mad lol

You receive error code 8000FFFF when you click "Check for Updates" in the Windows Update

I an also experiencing this problem with the updates. I have tried the above
mentioned fix and it does not work because I do not have those keys at all.
Anyone else that has found another fix, please let me know cause I cannot
fix this issue no matter what I do.
