"WindowsUpdate_80070103" "WindowsUpdate_dt000" incompatable

this update failed to install on my windows vista,it is an update for the
Nvidia drive and i can now no longer play any games w/my computer.

any help on this would be great.

The general advice is to NEVER EVER download drivers from MS for anything
made by a MANUFACTURER who are NOT MS.
Go to the manufacturer's web site and find the appropriate driver for the
item you have.
You do not say why you were installing this updated driver - is there a good
reason? Just as well it would not install - you could have been in worse
trouble.

Update the graphic driver to Standard VGA (pick from list). Restart. Install
new wanted driver.

Download drivers from MS isn't of any problem. The drivers come from the
same manufacturer. It's the system (Vista/7) that is far away from perfect.

You receive error 0x80070103 when you use the Windows Update or Microsoft
Update Web sites to install updates

How to find out more about your drivers etc, you'll have to search, for
