Does anyone have any suggestions for this Windows Update error?

I've tried and tried angain and nothing....

Which update won't install and throws that error?

80073715 ERROR_SXS_MANIFEST_IDENTITY_SAME_BUT_CONTENTS_DIFF ERENT
The identities of the manifests are identical but their contents are
different

In a nutshell, there's an issue with Component Based Servicing (CBS).
The stored information on file content does not match what's present in
Windows\winsxs.

Try another attempt at updating. If/when it fails, please post the
*last* 50 or so lines of the WindowsUpdate.log into your reply:

Also, please include the edition of Windows and the Service Pack level
of the OS -

For Vista \Win7, *right* click Computer either on the Desktop or Start
Menu and choose Properties. The information is under 'Windows edition'
