You have what?

Here's what I suggest...

Provide more information on what Operating System (OS) you are running.
Windows ____ with Service Pack __ at least - or you can really give some
good information and follow these directions:

Start button --> RUN
(no "RUN"? Press the "Windows Key" + R on your keyboard)
--> type in:
winver
--> Click OK.

The picture at the top of the window that opens will give you the general
(Operating System name/edition) while the line starting with the word
"version" will give you the rest of the story. Post _both_ in response to
this message verbatim. ;-)

Now that we know what operating system you are running - in detail - it will
be easier to assist you. It would also be good to know if you have a 32-bit
Windows or a 64-bit Windows OS.

However - when you say, "I have tried everything to solve this problem" <--
first, we all know that is not true because if you had tried everything -
there would be no problem. Second, and perhaps most relevant, we have no
way of knowing beyond you telling us what you have actually tried. We are
not sitting behind you and most of us are not telepathic. ;-)

Now - looking at your post headers carefully -I see you are most likely
running Windows Vista. Don't know the edition of Vista nor do I know what
service pack you might have installed - but that is my best guess (educated,
but a guess.) Please use the instructions above to verify or deny this.

No matter what - I would suggest the following...

1) Scan your system for malware with MalwareBytes and SuperAntispyware.
2) Remove whatever that is you are using for AntiVirus and Firewall and
utilize something a little better known/supported (Free: Avira AntiVirus ...
Cost: eSet NOD32 AntiVirus only <-- Those would be my recommendations along
with just using the built-in Windows Firewall.)
