Find some context for either 065E or 1630.

71 updates? Update your agent at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949104 There
is a bug when many updates are required. This *may* solve it.

Also Google the code or check this group for the code.

Why 71 updates? This bring it back to when Vista was released. Maybe worth
just downloading SP1 for Vista first.
